Verid provides software to sync Magento commerce data and advertising spend, compute daily net profit and related analytics (including configurable merchant shipping costs), optional attribution, and optional profit-valued conversion uploads / product label feeds, and display them in a web dashboard. Features may change as we improve the product. Beta features (including attribution and conversion uploads) may be incomplete or change without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only authorised viewers. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract (typically a business).

4. Your data & Magento / ads access

You grant Verid a limited licence to process store and ad data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to connect Magento, ad accounts, and any pixel scripts you install, and to instruct Verid to upload conversion data with profit values to Google and/or Meta when you enable those features. You remain responsible for compliance with platform terms (Magento, Meta, Google) and privacy law toward your customers.

5. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering except as allowed by law
• No abuse, scraping, or overloading of our APIs beyond normal product use
• No resale of the service as a white-label without written agreement
• No unlawful content or attempts to access other customers' data

6. Plans, trials & payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Trials, cancellations, and refunds are described in Billing & refunds. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

7. Intellectual property

Verid, its software, and branding remain our property. Your Magento and ad data remain yours. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Profit figures depend on the completeness of synced data, COGS you configure, merchant shipping-cost rules, FX rates, and ad platform APIs. We do not guarantee accounting or tax accuracy — Verid is an analytics aid, not a substitute for your accountant. Optional conversion uploads send profit estimates to ad platforms; bidding outcomes remain under your control and those platforms' terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Verid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our reasonable backup practices.

10. Termination

You may stop using Verid and cancel per the billing policy. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or legal risk. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Alicante (Spain) have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
