Operator-level writing on net profit, COGS, shipping cost and ad measurement — without the ROAS theatre.
A Magento profit sync that dies with 500 and “See exception log” is usually a wiped generated/code Interceptor after deploy — not a dead Integration. REST never landed, so DailyProfit stays empty.
Registering is not a trial. If DailyProfit is empty, the 14-day clock should not run and a card should not be waiting. The clock starts after the first successful Magento REST sync.
A product with no cost is not free to sell. If a Magento P&L marks profit Complete while historical lines still carry €0 COGS, the net is inflated. Known zero and missing cost are different facts.
Empty DailyProfit is usually a Bearer token, Integration ACL, or Cloudflare challenge — not a missing pixel. Fix REST before you paste a module or wait out a trial invoice.
A Magento P&L tool should request ads_read and business_management. pages_show_list and ads_management belong to a different product. Extra scopes delay Connect Meta and do not fix DailyProfit.
If Magento never connected and DailyProfit is empty, day 15 is not “the product started.” It is a Stripe invoice. Cancel before the trial ends — a module or CAPI will not unsync the charge.
Business verification is not a broken pixel. Magento net still comes from REST. Meta spend for other ad accounts waits on Meta’s company check — not a module or Conversions API.
A Magento store does not need a Friday deck. It needs yesterday’s completed-day net from DailyProfit and one named leak — refunds, ads above contribution, missing COGS, or a dead Purchase — before you scale.
