The practical workflow
Connect, sync, review the gaps, then trust the P&L.
- 1. Sync Magento. Verid imports order items and available cost attributes through the Integration token.
- 2. Open Products. Filter the recent products that have revenue but missing COGS.
- 3. Correct the source. Set or override the cost, then review the resulting contribution and net profit.
Handle Magento complexity
Check configurable, bundle and parent/child items instead of assuming the parent price means the product cost is complete.
Correct in bulk
Override COGS in Verid or use a CSV workflow when Magento attributes are missing or unsuitable for reporting.
Review product margin with the rest of the P&L.
