Cash (default)
Revenue lands on the order's store calendar day. Refunds land on the day the refund happened. Useful for cashflow-style monitoring — what moved today.
Cohort
Refunds are applied back to the original order day. Useful for judging how profitable that sales day really was after returns.
Example
Order €100 on 1 May, full refund on 10 May → Cash: +€100 on 1 May, −€100 on 10 May. Cohort: 1 May nets to €0 after the refund is attributed back; 10 May is not charged as a separate refund hit on the order cohort.
