Magento sync stores shipping charged (what the customer paid). Verid’s P&L subtracts merchant shipping cost. Configure rules in Expenses → Shipping cost rules.
Modes
- Use shipping charged as shipping cost (default) — pass-through; fine when charge ≈ cost.
- Uncheck that box — apply fallback fixed € and/or % of order revenue, then method rules.
Method CONTAINS rules
First match wins (sort order). Match is case-insensitive against Magento shipping_method (e.g. dhl, flatrate, tablerate). Each rule: fixed € + optional % of grand total.
Where it shows
- Daily net profit & POAS use merchant cost
- Day detail orders: columns Ship charged and Ship cost
- Attribution / Google profit conversion values use the same cost resolution
