Sync stuck or empty
- Confirm the Integration token has Sales + Catalog resources.
- Check Settings → last sync error (401 usually means token revoked).
- Cloudflare / WAF: allowlist Verid egress IPs if Magento blocks datacenter traffic.
- Very large catalogs: first sync can take minutes — watch sync status, do not spam Sync.
Profit looks wrong
- Missing COGS → Products page overrides.
- Ads not attributed → Growth OAuth sync or manual spend for that store date.
- Timezone mismatch → store timezone in Settings must match Magento.
- Cash vs cohort → refunds land on different days; see cash vs cohort.
Billing / access
- Dashboard redirects to Billing when trial/subscription is inactive.
- Update card via Customer portal on the Billing page.
